What You’ll Do

As an Account Manager, you are a key player in our agency’s growth and retention strategy. This is more than service. It is relationship management with impact.

You will:

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention and referrals
• Conduct proactive policy reviews and recommend coverage adjustments
• Resolve complex client concerns with confidence and care
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell through meaningful conversations
• Support agency growth by engaging both warm and cold leads

You are the bridge between customer needs and agency solutions.

• Base salary plus commission and bonuses
